A Precautionary Boil Water Notice has been issued for water services located on Carissa Lane and Mimosa Trail, effective June 26, 2017.
A loss of water pressure has been experienced in the water distribution system. Door hanger notices are being distributed to the 12 effected homes.
As a precaution, all consumed water should be boiled. Standard precautions are:
- A rolling water boil for one minute
- Drinking bottled water as an alternative
This Precautionary Boil Water Notice will remain for a minimum of 2 days until a bacteriological evaluation confirms that the drinking water was not compromised with the repair. A clearance, rescinding door hanger notice will be distributed to each home when testing is confirmed.
